Inglobe Technologies announced today that the company will take part to the EuroVR 2014 conference to be held in Bremen, Germany, on 8th, 9th and 10th December 2014.
The focus of EuroVR will be on novel Virtual Reality (VR) and Augmented Reality (AR) technologies, including software systems, display technology, interaction devices, and applications. EuroVR is not only a conference for presenting and publishing applied research, but also a platform for exchange between researchers, technology providers, and end users around commercial or research applications. Besides papers on novel results, industry-oriented presentations (automotive, medical, etc.) create a unique opportunity to see, discuss, and share the latest innovations and developments.
Inglobe Technologies will participate in the Applied Research/Augmented Reality session with a paper that describes an innovative Augmented Reality System for Flight Control along with experiments that demonstrate how the system outperforms traditional approaches in training.
EuroVR 2014 follows up on the previous issues of the Joint Virtual Reality Conferences (JVRC) 2009 through 2013. The event will be co-located with ICAT-EGVE, a merger of the 24th International Conference on Artificial Reality and Telexistence (ICAT) and the 20th Eurographics Symposium on Virtual Environments (EGVE). The venue will take place on the campus of the University of Bremen.
